I've been baby-sitting since I was 12 years old. I worked at a home-based licensed day care when I was between the ages of 14 and 17 years old. I nannied triplets full time for one summer. I assisted a family with two special needs children. I have provided care and help on both a paid and volunteer basis. I love children, and much of my teen years have been spent caring for and helping with children (both in my own family and many others). I want to spend my time pursuing my interests and preparing for my future, while doing something in keeping with my faith and values. I believe caring for children is a great way to do this.
